The Estate is an 18th-century coaching inn rehabilitated in respect of its architecture. We chose to restore rather than build — less carbon footprint at creation, a heritage preserved for your teams.

Hydronic underfloor heating powered by a latest-generation heat pump in the large halls. LED bulbs throughout the Estate. Soft outdoor lighting at night to protect bats, insects and birds.
Water & resources
Rainwater harvesting for watering the park and gardens. Not a drop wasted to maintain 2.5 hectares.
Park biodiversity
Pesticide-free, late mowing, wildflower patches. Deadwood piles for hedgehogs, bird boxes, insect hotels in the undergrowth. A living ecosystem bordering your seminar breaks.
Accommodation & shuttles
82 beds on site. Your teams arrive once and only get back in their car at departure — no daily shuttles to hotels. Return shuttle systematically offered for guests who must leave.

Our 1972 Citroën HY
The detail that turns a cocktail into a moment people talk about
1972. That year, this HY was still driving the roads of Normandy. Fifty years later, after a careful restoration, it serves origin coffee and champagne in the courtyard of our former coaching inn. A signature piece that never leaves the Estate — it is part of it.
“Your clients arrive in the courtyard. Instead of a cold buffet under a tent, it's a vintage food-truck that welcomes them with origin coffee and a Norman pastry. The conversation starts before the first speech.”
For your client cocktails, company evenings, product launches or seminar breaks, the HY is placed where you specify — in the courtyard, beside the plenary hall, on the terrace — and configured to your format:

- The Estate hosts from 2 to 400 participants for your seminars, conferences and corporate events, within 640 m² of modular spaces that adapt to every configuration (theatre, classroom, U-shape, islands).
- Yes, full privatisation of the Estate is possible for your seminars, company evenings and corporate events. The entire site, halls, outdoor spaces and accommodation are then exclusively reserved for you for the duration of your event.
- Yes. The Estate has very-high-speed internet, secured by a professional WatchGuard firewall to guarantee the confidentiality of your exchanges and data. Depending on the room booked, you have videoprojectors with giant screens of 15 m², 6 m² or 3 m², flat screens, free-standing televisions, and a flexible, movable sound system — suited as much to a plenary session as to breakout workshops or streamed conferences.
- The 2.5-hectare wooded park and the 1,500 m² Cour d'Honneur lend themselves perfectly to team-building activities: treasure hunts, escape games, cookery workshops, team sports — we work with a network of varied partners to tailor activities to your team.
- Yes, the Estate has a private free car park of 120 spaces, lit and supervised, accessible to coaches — ideal for groups arriving by shuttle.
- 82 beds are available on site in 4-star rooms: suites, lodgings and a chic dormitory. Beds made, bath linen and welcome products provided.
- The Estate is 10 minutes from Caen station, 10 minutes from Bayeux station, 7 minutes from Caen-Carpiquet airport and 20 minutes from the Ouistreham ferry terminal, 2h15 from Paris. The vehicle is placed wherever you wish and configured to your format. It is a signature piece that never leaves the Estate. Price on request.
- Neither. No vendors are imposed: you remain free to bring your own caterers, animators, photographers, DJs and team-building agencies — or to choose from our address book of trusted partners who regularly work at the Estate. And no corkage fee is charged on the drinks you bring. Our role is to make your event easier, not to constrain it.
- Yes, a dedicated caterer's pantry is provided for final plating, dressing and service of your meals, gala dinners or dining cocktails. It has its own separate access for added discretion. Logistical comfort, controlled timing.
- Yes, a 145 m² covered porch complements the outdoor spaces — useful for cocktails, coffee breaks or team-building activities in uncertain weather, without giving up the open-air feel. In heavy rain, the indoor halls (640 m² modular) take over.
